Which Katana Sword is batter, Paul Chen Raptor Moroha Zukuri or Practical XL?

Im interested in buying 1 of those 2 sword but i need someone to tell me which one is batter and stronger and had an excellent cutting ability.

just buy the xl that one is good for beginners
