I had a allergic reaction to the xxl black hair dye but would it be ok to dye it with the xxl red hair dye?

I had a allergic reaction to the xxl black hair dye but would it be ok to dye it with the xxl red hair dye? my hair is currently a brown colour and my extensions are red ive tried using other hair dye to go red but they just go a brown/red, is it made with differnt ingredients?

Its usually ammonia that people have problem’s with hair dye, it doesnt matter the colour. If it has ammonia in it then it can cause some people an allergic reaction. You could try dyes that don’t have ammonia in them. But, if your anxious about having an allergic reaction you could have a chat to your GP.
