Do you think if we striped everything bare to the truth, we’d want to be wrapped up in a bundle of lies?

All the lies like unhappy marriage, careers and false happiness in material possessions can be justified through lies.. or excuses.
i feel like if things were really truthful, and more out in the open.. could people handle it?

you may be absolutely honest; but you may not be telling everything because soon you will have your tongue slippery – a problem with the need to talk all the time. If you don’t talk, you will get bored with (friends, whatever), become distant, and lacking common ground. But why do you need to adjust that two extremes – lie and boredom – is to be able to enjoy each other present honestly.

So it depends on who you are and with. If there is extreme demand for things, there will be unnecessary outcomes. Or you will have to choose and limit who you want to – but this is not possible. The only possibility is to to build understanding for open relationship.

But what are the reasons to lie to strangers who later might become who must be seen everyday? Does the society force us to lie in order to understand one another, get along, get to know, get closer, for mutual benefit?

Here you will have to make your mind – to have rules and to choose who to be with, who absolutely to be with you.

But you don’t have to choose either. Once you fall in love, you want to be with who you love – that you will straighten the relationship.

Some people can handle the truth but not all – if trust is there. Some need a (white) lie all the time to make themselves feel important.
