Wood Scabbard
What should a swords handle and scabbard be made of?
I am going to buy a Hsu Jian sword but it comes in two types of material. the traditional hard wood grip and scabbard and the more durable fiberglass grip and scabbard. So which should I get the traditional one or the more durable one.
Notes
odds are I’ll be using the Jian every day during my morning tai chi exercises.
Always best to go for a more natural material.
