how do i wire white rodgers to hunter thermostat?

White Rodgers is wired like this
blue wire to term.C
Black wire to term W2
W2 jumper to E
red wire to termR
green wire to term G
orange wire to term O/B
yellow wire to term Y

Why would you want to change thermostats? The one you have seems to be doing what you need, the new one takes away features.

The C terminal is “common” which supplies your stat with power so you dont rely on batteries, also used for AC
The R and W are for heat
G is for your fan
Y is AC
I think the O/B is used for ac as well.

Check your furnace. If the blue is in the COM24 slot, its for power to the stat.

If anything, with your new stat, you would have to do this:
Blue to RC
Red to Rh (is there a jumper between rh and rc?)
Black to W
Green to G
Yellow to Y
Orange will probably have to be put into RC
