Dude no shit it’s illegal it’s a fuckin knife that shoots knives! You can get a fine and/or 5 to ten years in jail for having a ballistic knife. It’s not really clear why they were banned as they are no more lethal than a gun but it seems that only spring powered one’s are outlawed, a gas operated on appears to be legal.
