vintage pulsar watch(’75), info??

Hi, I have a 1975(?) stainless steel digital led pulsar watch/calculater. Does anyone out there know anything about tis. It lights up with batteries but I cant get it to work. Is it worth getting it repaired or will this devalue it, as it does with other antiques?
It is the chunkiest watch I have ever seen! gorgeous Still in it’s case (brown velvet).
The gold version is selling online for $10,000 wow
Would it be possible to find the original instruction booklet?
Any information would be extremly appreciated as I don’t want to be ripped off when/if I decide to sell it. Do you think now is the right time to sell, or will it still appreciate in value?.
