Do you know this game? Arcade from 80′s-90′s little guy with a sledge hammer?

I’m looking for this old/vintage game I used to play as a kid on an arcade (maybe Neo Geo, maybe other systems) from the 80′s beggining of the 90′s.

Was it the original “Donkey Kong”. Mario could get the hammer to smash the barrels that were flung at him.
