Turquoise Mop

How to make paint or ink for graffiti mops/markers?

i need to know how to make paint or ink (or both) for my mop. I would like to make different colored paint/ink for my mops like blue, dark blue, turquoise, yellow, green, red, white, black (but mostly black,white, and different shades of blu) etc…….. I would like specific ingredients and maybe where i could buy them. thank you . respond ASAP
