Is it possible to rescue a sago palm tree that froze?

Can they be trimmed back and regrown? Do the bulbs have any use? Anything that can be done at all?

We had one we didn’t get to soon enough when a freeze it . We trimmed it back and protected it from further harsh weather and much to surprise, it came back and is once again beautiful.
