Toothpick Folding

How can I reduce the amount of calories in this recipe?
I’ve got a recipe here and it’s got a lot of calories in it. Is there some way I can reduce the amount of calories. I’m already going to use fat-free sour cream or fat-free plain yogurt.

Spoon into a greased 9-in. springform pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing sides of pan. Cut into wedges; serve warm. Yield: 1 loaf (12 wedges).
