is the warranty of my schrade old timer knives still under warranty?

My dad had purchased an old timer hunting knife with a sheath in pocahontas county about 10 years ago. he had broken tip off after dropping it on a rock he was standing on. i was wondering if the warranty would still be good on the knife even though schrade went out of business and was taken over by taylor brands?

It depends solely on the policies of Taylor Brands now. If they’re trying to build as loyal a customer base as Schrade had then they should honor the warrenty as long as you live.
