What is a good beach in the Tampa Bay Area?

My family and I are from Tampa, FL and my son has a project where he has to pick-up trash from the beach. (because he is learning about real life superheroes vs tv superheroes) So if anybody can give me a good secluded beach to go to that would be great. We’re NOT interested in the following beaches: Ben T. Davis, Clearwater, St. Pete, or that really crappy one in Tarpon Springs. If you could also include any entrance fees or tolls that would be great. Thanks!
Secluded is probably not the word I was thinking of. I just don’t want it to be super busy like Clearwater.
We’re not having very much luck at the beaches. Which is both fortunate and unfortunate. So we have resorted to picking up along the Courtney Campbell and Howard Franklin which is absolutely disgusting. If anybody has any other suggestions that would be great!
