Help finding a good, inexpensive tactical knife?

I want something that opens quickly and has a good locking mechanism. Also, durability and reliability is a major factor.

Yea, you should probably cut and paste that name, but anyways you can buy this knife on Amazon for $11. This knife received 4 stars out of 5 from 225 user reviews!! That is good stuff. Check out the customer reviews, very useful. Do not look any further this is an excellent knife with great quality. I personally owned 4 of these, giving a couple away to my friends, they absolutely love the knife. This knife is superior when cutting, the clip is quality and the handle is very durable.
