How many times you can ask to the tarot the same question?

how to ask the tarot? why do sometimes the tarot is confusing? it says negative things when the thing in real life was good before the thing was done.. I predicted something and the tarot letter shows swords and the result at the end after I knew the result was good and nothing wrong.. I don’t know sometimes how can I ask the tarot the same question or clarify me? I don’t get the tarot letters. I don’t have the gift of reading the tarot.. I think so.
