My water stopped running. Is there a way to check power switch for the pressure tank?

We have a submerged pump. Listened at the well pipe and can hear pump working. There is no reset switch only a box with contacts near the tank. Being spring in Alaska was hoping it was just a frozen pipe, but beginning to doubt that.

If the pump is running and you have no water pressure a couple of things could be wrong. 1 Pump is bad 2 pipe frozen or blocked 3 well is dry. 4 Check valve is stuck shut. No need to check the pressure switch if pump is running.
