Street Cutlery

A poem in bad taste – What do you think?
I posted this last year and got very little responce.
What do you think, Yahoo?
The Spoon-icorn
The Spoon-icorn is a quiet beast,
Of slender legs and a sweeping tail,
Who can easily bend down to feast
Upon a dish of curly Kale!
But do beware of the cutlery
That adorns his horsey head,
For if you commit adultery,
By brunch, you will be dead!
He’ll use his shinning mighty spoon
To slowly stab you in the chest
A long procedure, but by noon,
He will have, surely, gained success!
The reason he does this is unknown,
But not without its benefits!
For if your partner raises their tone,
The Spoon-icorn will hear of it!
He may not be in many books,
Or mentioned on the street,
But all it takes is one snide look,
And he’ll be on his feet!
So next time you see a Spoon-icorn,
Don’t mock him or make fun,
For he is unlike the unicorn,
And, to sinners, a cause to run!
Yikes!! Is there a garlic necklace I can ward him off with? A fun read …whimsical with truth at the core. Very cool!
