2004 jeep wrangler trail corners?

i’m trying to make my own trail corners for my jeep.i want to use 12 gauge steel.the machine shop here in town says 12ga is too thick to bend into a 6″radius.i was thinking if i just tacked the piece into place if i could gradually bend it using mapp gas and a round pipe.will it work?

Nope….won’t work. The metal on your jeep isn’t strong enough to hold or support the force necessary to bend it.
