Is this a good deck? some of these cards are banned but this is not for tournaments.?

TRAPS: a feint plan, birthright, threatening roar, reinforcements, reinforce truth, trap hole, gift of the mystical elf, limit reverse, fake trap, shattered axe, castle walls, solemn wishes, trap stun, adhesion trap hole. I know that some of these cards are banned but this is not for tournament duels.

This in no way is a good deck.
Like the person before me said, make a deck with a theme.
Easiest thing to do is buy a structure deck and make a deck revolving around that.
Don’t try to make an X-Saber deck out of what you have though, those are the worst ones.
Cheapest deck that is relatively competitive (Without the $100+ cards) is Machina Gadgets, I made one that only costs $10 for a friend and it beats everyone within my circle of friends without a truly competitive deck. If you’re looking for a deck list I can provide one on request that’s relatively cheap.
