Special Knife

A Knife At An Elementary School
Back when you were in elementary, you surely had been taught about the different kinds of knives. It is not because your teachers want to educate you on how you are going to use it to bring harm to other people. Teaching students about knives is essential so they will know what type to use for a certain task. There are various tasks that involves using different kinds of knives.
For example, when you need to take out the weeds in your yard, you surely will need a good strong one that will not tarnish and will not go dull against all the soil and the rocks. There is also a special knife to use when you go hunting and then another type of knife to cut your food and another knife when processing meat. Each knife is made for a specific use and that is what your elementary school teachers taught you.
However, it can be pretty much disturbing when kids as young as those who are in elementary are using knives for something that is not good. In fact, one of the most recent news that has been told is about a student aged 11 years old who had used the knives on other students. Now, you may think that this only happens among grown ups who haves squabbles or fights but this is not the case. This really happened at the Evergreen Elementary school and a student who was 11 years old was involved.
According to the police who were investigating about the incident, the whole knife incident happened at around ten in the morning. One student was showing off a knife that he had. It probably was a small one which he could bring in his bag. He was showing it off to two other students. One was also 11 years old while another was a year younger. After showing off the knife, he called the two students to the bathroom and it was said that the one with the knife held the knife to the throats of the other two.
No student was harmed during the incident but it definitely is disturbing. Children are now using knives in the wrong ways and possibly for the wrong reasons. It was not mentioned though how the investigation is going and what will happen to the student with the knife. It has also not been mentioned what kind of knife the student had. It may have been an antique Bowie knife or a custom Bowie knife that he may have found at home. But no matter what type of knife it was, what he did was still uncalled for.
