Shirasaya Sword
Shirasaya, is that considered a cane sword?
Shira-saya Sword (Wakizashi)
Though this sword’s date of origin is unknown, its use was prevalent during the 1800′s. Often referred to as a “Cane Sword”, this weapon was frequently chosen by Samurai because its sleek and simple appearance made it very easy to conceal. These beautiful swords are hand-crafted as the originals with blades that are forged from high-carbon steel. Smooth polished rosewood is used to form the blade housing and scabbard.
