Shinto Crane

Which sword is better?
So there’s another question from me…
From all of these Katana’s which is the best one in your opinion?

Which of these swords has the best cutting ability and performance considering the price of the sword?
And by the way is the website reliable?
I’ve always preferred traditonal how blades use to be made from the period they were created in. Of course I wouldn’t take a bronze short sword over one made of iron or steel. However I hate the way a solid cast steel sword can’t hold a sharp cutting edge or breaks during practice. I would tell you to go with the Forge Folded line of swords since they are meant to not be rigid like a cast sword so they will “give” so to speak to prevent from shattering the blade yet are meant to retain an edge to direct the force of you strike only along the edge and ideally through the target. As for the website name it can’t really help their I use to go to a local black smith here in Wisconsin. I have quite the collection now so after buying 5 swords worth 500-1700 a piece from him I had to call it quits yet I still have them 6+ years later and only 1 the 500 one is a show sword so it didn’t need to be folded and hammered out as much just polished to a shine since its just oiled and sitting on a sword rack not taking hits against bamboo mats. A 1200-2000 dollar sword is to be expected yet should last a lifetime. Basically no one makes swords that are actually meant to be used anymore so you have to pay a small fortune to get a true blacksmith to produce a reliable blade. Good Luck and Cheers
