Is it safe to have a fifth seat belt installed on a car that only comes with four?

I have a Honda H-RV. It currently has four seats and seat belts. There is enough space in the centre of the seats for someone to sit. We would like, providing it is safe, to have a fifth seat belt installed as we have two children at the moment and hopefully another on the way! My main point of concern is that the seats split down the middle to collapse.

Nope as it is not a proper seats and the bodywork will not have reinforcements for the mounting points unless there is a version that has 5 seats. If there is you will need the whole back seat put on it and even then it will need to be passed by your local VOSA depot to make it road legal.
