How do you get gold camo in black ops?

I saw these kids 4th prestiege and have gold camo. I heard you can get it if you get 14th prestiege in combat training. i dont understand though, please help.

The ONLY WAY you could get gold camo is if you’re 14th prestige, there is no if, and, or nor’s about it. Best thing is to report them so hackers don’t mess up a great game.
