How do you open a rescue center?

Do you need anything “SPECIAL” Becuase I looked up rescue centers in my area and there’s NONE!

What you might want to do is see if you can work at a rescue center. I could write a book on the subject, but not here. There’s a lot involved and it takes money and organization In no way am I trying to discourage you. We can use all the good rescues we can get.
