what are all the free roam games available like gta’s and saints row for pc?

it should be open world with big buildings .it should have bikes and car where we could kill people or roam around when we dont want to do mission.pls dont give games gta series,saints row 2,just cause,scarface,godfather and mafia. only and only for pc.
