I want a good Buck survival knife?

ive been looking at buck knives for a good survival knife is the omni hunter good for an all use survival knife and is the lite-max good for survival to?

I would use a KaBar knife. If the military hands them to our Marines, then they must be good. If you must, you can always have a friend (Or youself) put serrations on the back, so you can have a saw on one side, a blade on the other.
