As a landlord, is there a tax benefit to have a real estate license?

If I personally rent out my house, is there a tax benefit to get my own real estate license?
Will I be able to write off more for taxes because I’m officially licensed and it can be considered a business?

No there is no benefit. You have to pay monthly to keep your license valid, and it would not effect your taxes at all.

I put my rentals into my LLC but taxes are the same, it is only in case of lawsuit to protect the home I live in.
