how do i unlock the rogue helmet and spartan officer achievement?

it sais im a spartan officer but i dont have the rogue helmet or the achievement?
how do i get it?
and i also have 1000 gamerscore and i dont have katana or security helm
i have 42 achievements help please

u need 1000 gamer score jsut in halo 3. You need to get the lieutenant to get spartan officer achievement and that’s when you unlock rouge helmet
