What is the name of the song that plays in the background of Mugen’s memories in Samurai Champloo?

I’m pretty sure it’s the episode where Mugen meets his old pirate friends who talk him into robbing a ship. After he gets betrayed and the ship blows up he’s tossed into the ocean, unconscious and everyone on the island freaks out. He drifts down into the ocean and then the show starts showing scenes of his past and there’s a beautiful song a woman is singing in the background of his thoughts. I’m not sure what the style of the music/song is called but it was the same type of music that the blind woman who ended up traveling with them in a later episode, played.
