Ninja Kunai
Can you show me an instance where a ninja who wasn’t ORIGINALLY FROM KONOHA used a kunai?
NOT SHURIKEN, KUNAI. Kunai are small black blades attached to a cylindrical handle which come back to a hole that can be used for your fingers. Not to be confused with Shuriken here. We know Jiraiya, and Orochimaru and Kabuto do, but theyw ere all from Konoha. Any other instance?
I can note ninja who live or havel ived outside of Konoha who use them.

If u’r trying to know the person having an exclusive Kunai, I think that’s Minato (4th Hokage)..
It’s a special, heavy kunai w/an odd shape..
He gave this to Kakashi as a present..
