What is the correct way to do the Combat Swimmer Stroke for the PSTs to be a Navy SEAL?

I plan on joining the Navy to be a SEAL but i am having trouble with my swimming, especially the CSS.If anybody has any tips or advice it will be greatly appreciated.

First, for your initial, I HIGHLY, suggest you to use breast stroke; Combat Stoke is good for endurance, but not for timing.
