Native American Business Grants
Native Americans who want to conduct business, there are grants for those Native Americans businesses that are available in all states. Based on the Federal government, Native American tribal organizations and tribal governments are classified as institutions that deserve to get Federal grants. Finding Native American Business Grants might be tricky because the almost all business grants do not use Native American institutions as the title. Native American Business Enterprise Centers
Native American Business Enterprise centers (NABECs) is a mutual cooperation between the Minority Busienss Development Agency and the U.S. government. This cooperation provides Native Americans Institutions with minority certification, loan, grant packaging, procurement and business planning. The NABECs are available in California, Idaho, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. Besides providing grants for Native American Organizations, the NABECs also provide grants for profit enterprises. For Profit enterprises, the NABECs provide helps on marketing, human resources and general management.
Environment and Economic Development
For Native American Organizations that concern on research to research ways to increase environment quality and economic condition, there are i6 Green grants from the Economic Development Administration. The main purpose of these grants is to propel business development but with greener environment. The availability of these grants is also expected to create new business opportunities for all Native Americans.
Science, Math and Technology
Although the United States often declares equality between men and women, but women are still minority in science, math and technology. Women and Minorities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Fields Program is a grant program intended for women and minorities in rural areas. The grant program is available through National Institute of Food and Agriculture. It focuses on science and technology that focus on business.
Criminal Justice and Community Development
Gang Field Initiated Research and Evaluation Program grant is purposed for criminal justice, juvenile justice and legal and youth social service enterprises. This grant is available through the Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention. This grant allows Native American communities to apply where the grant can be used for research on youth that have been involved in gang activities and or youth that are at risk of gang activities.
