Where can I find skunks and raccoons in Red Dead Redemption?

I need to do Master Hunter 6 but I can’t find skunks OR raccoons ANYWHERE? Anybody know of place that has plenty of both?

i found all of mine at hennigans stead during night or morning, kinda down near the river. they was always a crap load
