Lot Hunting

Hunting on a 10 to 20 acre lot?

its like on two sides covered by highly populated roads and the other two sides are pretty covered by a neighborhood and that like i want to bow hunt i saw some huge buck tracks and like idk cuz like i dont want the deer to go out to the middle of the road or go to the middle of the neighborhood and some kid sees it die but i have seen like 10 deer on that one lot and like i got hunting spots picked out and i just need some help

yea i get what u guys are saying but i got experience in hunting i just dont want the neighbors mad or anything and i would be hunting from a treestand

It can and should be done. Ok, look bow hunting takes a lot of time and patience, and you have to have a cool head under pressure. The first thing you want to do, if it is your land, is set up some shooting lanes, and possibly a food plot. Hunting season is coming to a close everywhere. If you are still permitted to hunt this land, I would take every opportunity to get out there. Deer is closed in my state now. So you may want to check out your state regulations. If your just getting into the sport, and I kind of have a feeling that you are. Then please make sure you have the required licenses. Pretty much right now all deer are starting to drop their headgear. So, if you can hunt them, and you know that there is one with it still on…then you should go for it. I was amazed to see a very large 8 point this past weekend. 10 to 20 acres is plenty enough for deer to hang out in. I see them on much smaller tracts than that almost constantly. If you worried about some kid seeing it die, well, make sure you have practiced shooting at a lot of different angles, and don’t take shots that you think are iffy. If it looks too far for you…it is. If it looks like a bad angle..it is. Make sure you have the right shot for an effective kill.
