Where can I buy shields from in Final Fantasy XII in the city of Rabanastre?

Pretty straight forward, I can buy swords, leather caps, etc. but where can I buy shields from in Rabanastre? I have the license for it already.

The armour store is very close to the weapons store in Rabanastre, just a little way north of it. Stand outside the weapon store and bring up the map and look for a yellow shield close to you. That’s the armour store.

If they have no shields for sale, then quite simply, there are none yet available for your level.

If you’re up for a bit of early levelling up, travel east into the desert and work your way north around that big green T-Rex thing (it won’t attack you unless you attack it first), go through the camp to the north and then into the next area north again. This is like a rocky maze. Just travel gradually north-east and you’ll find a path out to another town. Enter the town and in the second or third area you will find another weapons stall and another armour stall.
