I have a knife or bayonet, need answeres and value?

I have a knife that has F.W.Holler on one side of the 10 inch blade, it has 38 on top side of blade, has 3786 with maybe a 1 under the 3786, the metal thing it goes in has 8086 on the top side, the leather frog to hook the belt through has gfg 1943. Does anyone know what and it is & where it came from. It looks like the knife could hook to a gun.
