How do I take my battery out of my airsoft gun!?!?!?

I have a m4 stag arms mod 4 tactical carbine; the battery goes in the stock which can’t be extended. I have a large battery.
Do I pull on the wire to take it out? Do I unscrew things? I need help!
I can’t fit my fingers in the stock to pull the battery out. The only way I can possibly pull it out is by pulling the wire. It’s really stuck in the stock. I used the correct battery size.

Most of them work along the lines of this
pull door/cover off
pull fuse/plug out
put battery in
connect battery
close lid

Don’t ever yank it. Make sure the wires never pintch.
Is it really that hard? It’s kind of hard to explain.
