smith & wesson swat knife fix?

i have a smith & wesson swat spring assist knife and i took it apart to try to adjust the spring and now it doesnt flip out as easily as it used to. does anyone have a diagram or guide as to the proper placement of the washers and parts?

call the company & them & never take the knife apart again.
