Are butterfly knives illegal in Michigan IF the blade is dull?

Im planning on ordering one from Coldsteel, But I need to know if it is illegal to have one. I don’t want a sharp one, Im in a good area and have no need for an actual blade. I want to take up “flipping” or “twirling” (whatever you want to call it) and simply want a flat edged trainer. Is this ok? I don’t think it wouldn’t be, but im just making sure.

I have never seen a knife law that discussed for a second how sharp the blade must be. If it is a knife, it is a knife.
