How much would a sapphire sword cost? and more importantly who would be able to make one for me?

Yes a sword made entirely of sapphire. theres no way its impossible. they made a sapphire knife. 3 Foot blade 12 inch hilt. I know its crazy and far fetched but its still very feasible as far as i can tell. i just need to know the person who can make it happen.
