Good camp knife and everyday cutter?

Ok, I need a full tang fixed blade knife, with 3 inch blade, a simple handle, maybe skeleton. This knife would be used for camping, such as cutting small sticks, widling, a couple of tasks. I just abought a full size KA BAR, and it is great for what it can be used for, but i need a companion to it with a shorter blade. My price MAXIMUM is $30.
