Kershaw Pocket
I want to sand/file down part of a G10 scale on my knife…?
…but I don’t have a respirator and I’m just really apprehensive about breathing in any G10 particles after all warnings I’ve read about. It’s for a Kershaw Skyline and the combination of a super stiff and tight clip and the G10 will shred my pants pockets.
If I could just take it to a shop somewhere and pay to get it done then where would I take it too? How much would I expect to pay?
If you lack protective equipment to block the dust, eliminate the dust by wet sanding. Get some wet/dry sandpaper. Sit outside and sand the scales under a running garden hose.
