Katz Knives, Any experience with them?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has owned or had experience with a Katz Knife. I was looking to buy my brother a Bobcat Money Clip knife that can slide into a belt buckle but I don’t know the quality of the knife and if the set up is worth the $170. Please help expereinced knife owners!
