Does a holstein brama cross cow make a good beef cow?

I know that Holsteins are milk cows, but I know some people that have beef cows crossed with holstein… and they say holstein crossed cows make good meat.

If you are looking for beef than you want angus, holstein cows are not typically used for beef, they are milk cows.
