Would it be weird for a grown woman to dress in these clothes?

These aren’t kids clothes btw.. lol. They’re a kind of artistic fashion called kawai/lolita and so popular in Japan for 16-25 yr old women. The dresses above are handmade and cost $300 plus. Would it be silly for a woman to dress like this?

I think they’re cute, but not exactly my style. I’m also a lolita. There are ways to dress these dresses down abit. Wear a cardigan, bolero or shrug over it. Retro is well known general style, so it’s a great way to wear the dresses without getting too much attention. Wear pumps, kitten heels, wedges, or peep-toes and skip the mandatory blouse for a nice sundress look.
