Handle Hunting

are there any bolt action rifles on the market that are made to handle both .223 winchester and 5.56x45mm NATO?

because I like the idea of having inexpensive surplus ammo for target shooting, but I also want to be able to use .223 soft points in it for hunting.
also, are they extremely expensive or reasonably priced(looking for not more then $500, but preferably less)
make, model and price please, thanks.
also, as a extra, are there any other rifles of other action types that can handle this combo, but are within my budget? I know about AR variants, but those are a little expensive for my budget.

According the lady I spoke with at Savage Arms, any of their .223 rifles with varmint barrels will safely shoot surplus 5.56×45 ammo. I have a Savage Model 25 LVT, one of the main reasons I bought that particular rifle is because it will safely shoot surplus 5.56×45 ammo as well as .223 ammo.
