Handle Folding

Do you know where how and if I can replace these handle bars?

I have a folding bicycle and want to replace the handle bars.
The problem is the bar and the steering post are welded into one piece like a “T” shape.
It can come right out and is held in place by a quick release clamp.
I can’t find a replacement does any one know where I can find one in the UK?

You’ll need to contact the manufacture or a bike shop that may deal with the brand. That part is a specialty item made for that bike.
