German translation needed.?

The follow is engraved on my WWII Nazi dagger.
“Ulles fur deutfchland”
“Hugo berns hubeo solingen ohligs”

The first line is probably “Alles für Deutschland.” This means “everything for Germany.”

The second line is not German. Either you’re misreading the German letters, or it’s another language. However, I think that the first two words Hugo Berns may be someone’s name (like the name of who manufactured the knife).
