ok, my new pupy German Shepherd’s eye lids are red and starting to swell please help?

she came from a different state and we got her just a few days ago and im really worried please help, thanks
also her eyes are running with a gooey wet stuff

I would take her to the vet right away. She could be having an allergic reaction to something and could be in pain.

I use to work at an emergency vet hospital and it sounds like that’s what it could be but it’s best to have a doctor look at it.
